BOGGI Milano is seeking an In-Store Operations Specialist who will build strong relationships with clients and work closely with the store team to help achieve commercial objectives.

The role covers cash register and back-office operations, omnichannel activities like Click&Collect and Seek&Send, and providing exceptional customer service. It requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and English proficiency, with more languages viewed as a plus.

Responsabilités

• Accurately manage cash register, administrative and back-office operations within the store in compliance with procedures.
• Manage omnichannel sales activities (Click&Collect, Seek&Send) with deadlines and guidelines.
• Provide customer service support when required.
• Collaborate with Sales Advisors to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Maintain a positive, constructive approach, even under pressure, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Facilitate customer interaction with Sales Advisors to enhance service.
• Manage time and daily priorities effectively.

The In-Store Operations Specialist at BOGGI Milano builds strong relationships with clients and works closely with the store team to contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Accurately manage cash register, administrative and back-office operations within the store (cash transactions, invoicing, payments, Tax Free), in compliance with company procedures;
• Manage all activities related to omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send) in compliance with established deadlines and guidelines;
• Provide customer service support when required;
• Work in synergy with colleagues, supporting them in the sales process and contributing to a climate of mutual trust;
• Maintain a positive, balanced and constructive approach, even in high-pressure situations, demonstrating consistency and a strong work ethic with a continuous improvement mindset;
• Facilitate customer interaction with Sales Advisors in order to ensure an excellent customer experience;
• Manage time and daily priorities effectively.

Who You Are

• You have at least one year of experience in retail back-office/operations, preferably within the premium fashion sector;
• You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with good proficiency in using IT and management systems;
• You have a good command of English; additional languages will be considered a plus.
