Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment supports a growing investment fund in Brussels in recruiting a Project Officer. The role coordinates and drives a broad range of operational initiatives across fundraising, governance, and business support.

You will lead cross-functional projects, optimize processes, and advance stakeholder engagement, while gaining exposure to private equity and impact-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of working experience in a broad business-oriented role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
• Hands-on, proactive, and highly autonomous with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate special projects across the firm.
• Drive the implementation and adoption of AI tools and best practices.
• Support development of stakeholder engagement plans.
