Quento Technologies, the ICT arm of the Qualco Group, seeks a Project Manager to lead ICT projects in Brussels. You will drive end-to-end delivery, define scope and plans, and mentor teams to achieve project success.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering, 5+ years in project management, PM certifications, and strong English with French optional. This role emphasizes governance, risk, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years managing Information Systems development projects.
• PM certifications such as CAPM/PM²/PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent.
• Solid PM methodologies knowledge and SDLC experience in complex projects.
• Experience with iterative/incremental/agile delivery approaches.
• Fluency in English (C1); French knowledge is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Manage ICT projects through full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, deliverables, work plans and implementation approaches.
• Lead, coordinate and monitor project activities and teams.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, quality plans and status reports.
• Perform risk, issue, quality and change management activities.
• Estimate and manage costs, timelines, resources and dependencies.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Organize working groups, progress meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
• Ensure activities comply with GDPR and Group policies.
