Join our Technology & Infrastructure team as the ICT & OT Security Manager. You will be the final responsible party for ensuring the agreed level of cyber security for the ICT and OT infrastructure of Brussels Airport. In this role you will follow the guidelines set by the ISMS and the Cybersecurity Manager and support the overall cyber security maturity and resilience of the airport.
Responsibilities
- Ensure leadership of the ICT & OT security team and deliver on the cyber security roadmap.
- Manage the security infrastructure of ICT & OT in line with the organisation’s risk appetite.
- Develop and improve ICT & OT cyber security services to better meet user needs while keeping the airport’s core business process at acceptable risk.
- Maintain continuous monitoring of ICT & OT infrastructure vulnerabilities and related business process risks, and report regularly.
- Lead partners and manage contracts for operational and infrastructure cyber security services.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in ICT.
- At least 10 years of relevant ICT experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ICT and/or OT security processes and technologies.
- Proven people‑management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of product management, roadmap development, and project and programme management.
- In‑depth expertise on ICT technologies, cyber‑risk management, information security, and security frameworks and methodologies.
- Ability to translate vision into tangible deliverables with a strong focus on governance and stakeholder management, analytical and results‑oriented.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, communicative, diplomatic, and client‑focused.
- Experience in complex environments such as airports, industrial or high‑service sectors is an advantage.
- Fluency in Dutch and English required; good knowledge of French.
