Job summary

Skillbase Group in Belgium is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to strengthen an in-house identity orchestration platform, delivering secure, scalable access management. You will design and implement backend services in .NET/C#, build cloud-native IAM solutions using Azure Functions, Container Apps and Key Vault, and contribute to IAM architecture, API security, CI/CD and production support.

Fluent Dutch and English are required to collaborate across squads, with a hands-on approach to SCIM,

Qualifications

• Must-have IAM and IGA experience.
• Strong .NET/C# and Azure expertise.
• Hands-on with Entra ID, Keycloak or Duende IdentityServer.
• Knowledge of SCIM, OIDC, OAuth 2.1 and authorization models.
• SQL, Git, Azure DevOps CI/CD and secure cloud development.
• Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written.

• Develop and maintain .NET/C# backend applications.
• Build cloud-native IAM solutions using Azure Functions, Container Apps and Key Vault.
• Implement identity lifecycle management, user provisioning and SCIM integrations.
• Design fine-grained authorization using OPA, OpenFGA or AuthZen.
• Work with OAuth 2.1, OIDC, REST APIs and identity providers.
• Contribute to IAM architecture, API security, CI/CD and production support.

Must-Have Skills

• Senior-level IAM and Identity Governance (IGA) experience.
• Strong .NET/C# and Azure expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Keycloak or Duende IdentityServer.
• Knowledge of SCIM, OIDC, OAuth 2.1 and authorization models (RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC or PBAC).
