IMI Climate Control in Mont-Saint-Guibert, Walloon Brabant, is seeking a Test and Support Engineer for Industrial Applications. You will develop automated non-regression tests for connected products and create thorough test plans and cases.

You will analyse defects, support customers, document results, and collaborate with embedded software teams to drive product quality and ongoing innovations.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with testing techniques and tools.
• Good knowledge of coding and reading schematics.
• Proficient in English; French a plus.
• Collaborates with teams on embedded software and UI.
• Curious, eager to learn, and flexible.

Responsabilités

• Develop automated systems to run non-regression tests for industrial connected products.
• Write test plans and create test cases based on requirements and design documentation.
• Before release, ensure products are error-free and meet specifications; analyze root causes of defects.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers; propose improvements and analyze data.
• Document testing results and defects; prepare clear information for the development team.
• Keep a constant technological watch to propose innovations.
