Victrix Legion is seeking a technically skilled professional to drive delivery across on-premises and remote environments. You will manage incidents, changes, and deployments while leading a small team and coordinating across IT and development groups.

You will apply deep knowledge of Windows/Linux, SQL Server, IIS, J Boss, Tomcat, and cloud/container stacks to ensure reliable, scalable services. Excellent English communication is essential, with French advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management (incidents, problems, changes, releases).
• Ability to lead and mentor team members, with experience in cross-functional delivery.
• Strong communication and ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical users.
• Fluent English; French language skills are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-user support and technical delivery across Windows/Linux environments.
• Lead deployment and management of client-server applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operations, maintenance and enhancements.
• Mentor junior staff and manage tickets with prioritization and documentation.
