Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Belgium invites a Project Manager specializing in Air, Nitrogen and Temperature solutions to lead projects from concept through execution and completion. You will collaborate with sales, operations and technical teams across Europe, translating customer needs into practical solutions, defining scope, timelines, FAT requirements, and ensuring safe, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with industrial Air & Nitrogen and/or Heating & Cooling solutions.
• Proven track record in technical project management.
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and develop project layouts using AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions for complex Rental projects across Europe.
• Translate customer requirements into the right equipment, service and logistics solution.
• Coordinate project execution with internal stakeholders and external service partners.
• Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery from preparation to completion.
• Provide technical support and project guidance to sales, service and operations teams.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project execution and customer experience.
