Topcon Positioning Belgium is seeking a Machine Control Application Specialist to support Belgium and Luxembourg markets. You will provide daily technical assistance, deliver demos and trainings, and act as a technical expert for machine control applications across Topcon and Sokkia solutions.

The role is hybrid in Belgium with regular customer and jobsite visits, requiring Dutch fluency and good French/English.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of machine control, geomatics, surveying or construction technology.
• Degree in construction/geomatics related field preferred.
• Around 3 years of experience in construction applications, infrastructure projects, geomatics, surveying or technical customer support.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily technical support by email, phone and chat for Belgium and Luxembourg market.
• Support dealers, distribution partners and end users with practical application knowledge before and after sales.
• Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations, presentations and trainings for dealers, customers and internal teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert for machine control applications with exposure to geopositioning, Topnet Live and CORS solutions.
• Create user-friendly customer-facing content like quick guides and technical notifications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services EMEA and international Support teams.
• Continue developing technical expertise through product training and certifications.
