Triodos Bank Belgium is seeking a Local Growth Marketeer to drive new customer acquisition through data-driven campaigns that strengthen the brand and fuel growth. You’ll collaborate with the Belgian team and international colleagues to translate group initiatives into local execution.

With 5+ years in growth marketing, you’ll optimize SEA/SEO and digital advertising, analyze performance, and contribute to shared learning across the Growth Team in Triodos’ mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, brand campaigns, or new customer acquisition.
• Proficient in SEA, SEO, and digital advertising, with strong analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to collaborate across local and international teams.
• Passionate about sustainable finance and Triodos’ mission.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute brand and acquisition campaigns to attract new customers in the Belgian market.
• Optimize digital channels (SEA, SEO, Display, Social) to maximize reach and conversion.
• Collaborate with brand managers and group growth marketeers to ensure consistency in messaging and strategy and translate group initiatives into local execution.
• Analyze performance data to refine campaigns, identify new growth opportunities and define local needs to value streams and group expertise to drive change.
• Contribute to a culture of shared learning, where local insights fuel group-wide success.
