Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or expected graduation from 2026 onwards.
• Initial professional experience through internships, student jobs, or a first role is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for technology, digital innovation, and business transformation.
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, Dutch, and French.

Responsabilités

• Three rotations of 9-12 months across different Commercial Excellence and Operations functions.
• Exposure to multiple countries within an international business environment.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Business Leadership teams.
