Outpost24 is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Leuven-based development team. You will design, build, and maintain robust full-stack applications powering cyber security solutions, working across Angular frontend and Python backend services.

We value collaboration, scalability, and architectural quality, with a hybrid work model that blends office presence at our Leuven site with remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Angular and frontend architectures.
• Experience with Python backend services is a plus.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Clear communication and collaboration in English.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop user-friendly, responsive, and scalable UIs using Angular with a focus on frontend architecture and maintainability.
• Work with UX designers to validate user flows and propose usability improvements.
• Design, develop, and deploy efficient Python backend services.
• Review and refine generated code with AI-assisted tools and take ownership of outputs.
• Ensure clean, reusable, and well-tested code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot defects and performance issues.
• Participate in architectural discussions and propose innovative solutions to improve product quality.
