RoofYou, part of the Biesmans Group in Belgium, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to translate financial analyses into actionable insights for sales and operations. You will ally with cross-functional teams, drive KPI reporting, budgeting, and strategic projects across inventory, margins and data quality.

Based at Genk, you will collaborate with CFOs and BPOs while visiting offices as needed. You will lead reporting development with Power BI, Qlik and ERP systems, support audits, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or finance.
• Experience in controlling, auditing, or financial analysis.
• Sharp analytical mind with a pragmatic approach.
• Clear communication with non-financial stakeholders; coaching mindset.
• Ability to work independently and own projects.
• Ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
• Strong data visualization and reporting skills.
• Interest or expertise in IT (data warehousing, Qlik, Power BI).
• Native Dutch speaker; able to collaborate with French-speaking colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Provide financial support to sales and operations; act as a sounding board.
• Prepare and analyze management reports, KPIs, and variances.
• Budgeting, forecasting, multi-year planning and analysis.
• Conduct financial analyses to support decisions and improvements.
• Translate analyses into actionable recommendations for teams.
• Support investment proposals, business cases and projects.
• Ensure transparent reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Assist rollout and optimization of ERP systems as a key user.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik, reporting suites).
• Collaborate with finance on monthly and year-end closings and audits.
