Q8Truck is seeking an Integration Lead to shape the API and integration strategy across Europe, coordinating platforms, partners, and security. You will own the integration landscape and drive scalable, future-proof solutions in a fast-changing transport ecosystem.

The role demands strong API design skills, leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, and fluency in English. Hybrid work from Antwerp or Rotterdam is offered with a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of API integration and development experience.
• Strong API design, governance, and integration expertise.
• Experience with API management platforms such as WSO2, IBM API Connect, Apigee, MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Proven leadership of teams, suppliers, stakeholders and complex projects.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilités

• Own API and integration landscape roadmap and architecture standards.
• Lead end-to-end integration lifecycle from analysis to operations.
• Design integrations and APIs with governance, security, and scalability.
• Lead API/integration designers, developers, suppliers, and partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business, IT, and security.
