Job summary

FINVISORS in the Antwerp region seeks an experienced on-site lead (site supervisor / project manager) to manage HVACW projects. You will work closely with the site team, client and project leadership to ensure quality, safety and timely completion.

The role requires minimum five years of HVAC project experience, strong Dutch language skills, and hands-on leadership on industrial worksites. You will be based on regional sites with opportunities for growth within a seasoned project team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC-related site work.

Responsibilities

• Be the client liaison on site and communicate progress to the project manager.
• Lead a site crew of at least ten workers, including coaching, motivation and safety oversight.
• Perform quality checks against execution plans and specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure correct implementation.
• Identify and manage changes and deviations to scope and schedule.
• Coordinate material requirements with the project manager or project engineer.
• Ensure safety and proper project closure.
• Report to the project manager and act as the right hand on site.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, time registration and handover documents.
