Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an ambitious HVAC Solutions Manager Industry to accelerate growth in Commercial HVAC across Wallonia. You will act as the technical expert for Carrier, CIAT and Viessmann solutions in pharma, industrial and critical environments, guiding designs for reliable, energy-efficient systems.

You will advise on decarbonization, energy efficiency, and heat recovery, while collaborating with consultants, end users and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Energy Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Applied HVAC engineering, application engineering, technical consulting or solution development.
• Proven experience on complex HVAC projects in healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial or mission-critical environments.
• Experience with HVAC system design, specification development and technical project support.

Responsabilités

• Act as the technical reference for Carrier and CIAT and Viessmann Commercial HVAC solutions within the Industry sectors.
• Support consultants, engineering firms, contractors and end users in the selection, design and application of HVAC systems.
• Provide expert guidance on chillers, heat pumps, AHUs, FCUs, hydronic systems and ventilation applications.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate objectives into technical HVAC solutions.
• Participate in project specification activities and support engineering consultants in developing system concepts.
• Advise customers on decarbonization strategies and energy efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to development of technical solutions for healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and industrial projects.
• Support project qualification, solution configuration and technical proposal development with sales engineers.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites, product management, and technical support to align customer needs with technologies.
• Monitor market developments and regulatory trends affecting HVAC in Healthcare and Industry.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops and product training sessions.
• Serve as a technical partner through project lifecycle from concept to commissioning.
