HV Project Engineer – Freelance – On-Site

We are seeking a Project Engineer with experience in high-voltage substations to lead a team of engineers on a high-voltage substation project. Based in Belgium, Antwerp region. Construction-focused, site-based, with start in September. Requires electrical engineering background and HV project experience. Role covers delivery from early construction to commissioning and handover. Dutch and English language skills are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities include full lifecycle ownership, contractor and supplier management, budget and schedule oversight, and regular reporting to senior stakeholders.

Start: September. Location: Antwerp, Belgium. Duration: Until end of 2028 (12-month renewable contract).
