Nike’s European Logistics Campus (ELC) in Laakdal, Belgium offers a 3-month Human Resources & People Solutions Intern program starting February 2027. You will work in a hybrid setup (3 days on-site, 2 days remote), supporting HR programs, policies, and processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve people operations and employee experiences.

Ideal candidates are full-time students in HR/Business/Law-related fields, fluent in English, and eager to learn, grow, and contribute

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Organizational Studies, or a related field
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be enrolled as a full-time student for the full duration of the internship in Belgium
• Be available for a full-time (30-37.5 hours a week), three-month internship starting on 1 February 2027
• Be able to work in a hybrid model, three days on-site at Nike ELC Campus in Laakdal and two days from home

NIKE Inc’s European Logistics Campus (ELC) in Laakdal, Belgium serves a large network of retailers, Nike stores and consumers not just in Europe but across the world. IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

• Be enrolled as a full-time student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution in Belgium
• Be available for a full-time (30-37.5 hours a week), three-month internship, and starting on 1 February 2027
• Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc ELC Campus, Nikelaan 1, 2430 Laakdal and two days from home (Free shuttle bus available daily from Antwerp Central Station – Nike ELC)

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Human Resources & People Solutions Intern, you'll help shape the employee's experience and support people-focused initiatives across the ELC. You'll partner with HR professionals and cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, enhance operations, and contribute to programs that help employees and the business thrive.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

Successful candidates will be contacted by early November for the first stage of the selection. The final interviews will take place throughout November.
