Job summary

EY Luxembourg is seeking an HR Talent Development Intern to support the talent development and HR functions, researching and piloting people-development practices to strengthen training strategy and internal capability-building standards.

Position: HR Talent Development Intern – November 2026. Duration: 6 months to 1 year. You will coordinate induction, assist with training deliveries, manage logistics, and support the LMS administration while liaising with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR and talent development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous HR, Talent Development, or customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the induction process for new joiners.
• Assist Learning & Development with training project deliveries.
• Handle training logistics (rooms, materials, attendance tracking, communication).
• Process study leave requests and coordinate submissions to the Ministry.
• Support administration of the LMS (SuccessFactors).
• Act as project manager for specific training events.
• Ensure administrative follow-up of training sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the induction process for new joiners.
• Assist the Learning & Development team in training project deliveries
• Manage the logistics of training programs (rooms, materials, attendance tracking, communication, etc.). Liaise with trainers, participants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle study leave requests from employees. Process applications and coordinate submissions to the Ministry.
• Support the administration of our LMS (SuccessFactors): Upload, update, and maintain training sessions in the system.
• Act as a project manager on specific training events
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of the training sessions

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and talent Development.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English and French. Additional languages such as German will be considered assets.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A fast learner with strong adaptability who can quickly pick up new systems, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in HR, Talent Development, or customer service is a plus.
