Veepee is seeking an HR & Office Management internship candidate to support the Benelux HR and office operations. You will manage various HR projects, lead internship recruitment within Benelux, and assist with receptionist duties while collaborating across HR and other teams.

The internship offers hands-on experience in a dynamic e-commerce environment, with a hybrid work setup (on-site and remote) and learning opportunities in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor student in HR/office management or related field.
• Proactive, highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work independently within a team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
• Open for an internship of minimum 6 months starting July.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of multiple HR and office management projects.
• Act as Talent Acquisition lead for all interns in our Benelux unit.
• Back-up receptionist duties as needed.
• Collaborate with HR teams and other departments.
