Job Description
  • Manage and coordinate daily HR operations, including contracts, onboarding, personnel administration, and HR documentation
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers for HR‑related topics (soft and hard HR)
  • Support recruitment processes from an HR coordination perspective (interview planning, follow‑up, administrative support)
  • Assist with payroll‑related coordination and liaise with external partners and social secretariats
  • Contribute to training coordination, performance management processes, and HR projects
  • Maintain and update HR systems, reports, and personnel data in compliance with HR policies
The Successful Applicant
  • You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, covering soft and/or hard HR topics
  • You are trilingual in French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken
  • You are structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented
  • You communicate easily with different stakeholders and enjoy working in a people‑focused role
  • You are discreet, reliable, and comfortable handling confidential information
  • You are proficient with MS Office and familiar with HR tools and processes
