Sia is looking for bright and dynamic consultants committed to building relationships and delivering results. We are interested in people with good track records during their education and, preferably, with a first successful and relevant job experience.

You will work on projects across Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Industry, Transport and Logistics. You will be involved in several HR topics including change management, HR performance, recruitment, training and HR information systems,

Qualifications

• University Master Business Engineering, (HR) Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
• 0.5 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
• Strong interest and experience in HR/ Change.
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed.
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics and you’re excited about helping our clients seize opportunities.
• Languages: Dutch and English fluent/native mandatory.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments all over Belgium and abroad (e.g. France).
