About the role

As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting key HR processes across our teams, including production and international sales. You work closely with management to guide HR operations, drive employee engagement, and help our people thrive.

You are proactive, solution-oriented and quick to adapt. You know how to translate HR strategy into effective actions, and you are confident navigating a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Your profile

• Hold a higher degree in HR, psychology, business or equivalent through experience
• You bring several years of generalist HR experience, ideally in a production or international setting
• Communicate clearly and confidently in Dutch and English
• You are pragmatic, hands-on and know how to set priorities
• Enjoy switching between operational and strategic tasks
• You are open to occasional travel to our European sites
