Your Role

As an HR Assistant / HR Officer, you are the backbone of our HR department. You make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so that our employees can focus on what they do best: delivering quality and growing.

What You’ll Do for our Belgian affiliates
  • Personnel Administration: Manage contracts, certificates, and employee files with precision.
  • Payroll Support: Ensure accurate data and collaborate with our payroll partner.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Be the first point of contact for candidates and ensure a warm welcome.
  • Training & Development: Assist with training plans and track certifications.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare analyses and reports that help us grow.
  • Employee Experience: Act as a trusted contact and contribute to a positive work culture.
Who You Are
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
  • You are administratively strong, discreet, and communicative.
  • You have knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and HR tools.
  • You are proactive, solution‑oriented, and a true team player.
