Keystone Solutions seeks an experienced ICT Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. You will oversee preparation, management and realization of large, complex healthcare projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include governance, risk management and steering group facilitation, with travel across Flanders and Brussels. This full-time role offers flexible hours and remote options, starting as soon as possible for a four-month

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a technical/engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years leading development projects.
• Experience in PMO, portfolio, or program organization is a significant asset.
• Fluent Dutch and good English.

• Lead multiple large and complex projects in healthcare consultancy.
• Establish planning, budget, resources, risks, and milestones.
• Ensure governance with defined roles and escalation paths.
