Keystone Solutions is seeking a Full-Stack Architect for a consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. You will tackle technical and strategic challenges to develop a national evidence-based point-of-care platform for healthcare professionals.

The role focuses on end-to-end architecture, API-first design, and data interoperability while working within a consultancy model to gain diverse project exposure.

Qualifications

• Define end-to-end architecture across portal, mobile, AI and interoperability layers.
• Design API-first, service-oriented architectures.
• Create scalable knowledge databases and metadata architectures.
• Design secure authentication and access management solutions.
• Establish architectural governance and technical standards.
• Integrate knowledge retrieval in healthcare vendor solutions.
• Implement federated and semantic search capabilities.
• Apply HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT, ICD/ICPC interoperability standards.
• Lead national or large-scale healthcare information platforms.
• Understand AI architectures in healthcare ecosystems.
• Understand publisher content delivery models and centralized metadata.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the architectural roadmap for portal, mobile, AI and interoperability.
• Lead API-first design and service-oriented architecture delivery.
• Oversee scalable knowledge databases and metadata strategies.
• Ensure secure authentication and access governance.
• Coordinate standards and governance across projects.
• Integrate knowledge retrieval with healthcare vendor solutions.
