Medista NV in Belgium seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to deliver high-quality support to partners and customers in healthcare. You will handle calls, emails and post requests, manage and update customer data, and perform a range of administrative tasks to support the team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Dutch and French proficiency, strong Excel skills and a customer-focused, communicative mindset. A permanent, full-time position with growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Dutch and French is required.
• Excellent telephone skills: professional yet approachable.
• Experience in customer management or administrative follow-up is a plus.
• Excellent work ethic and sense of responsibility are part of the job.
• MS Office knowledge with an emphasis on Excel.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• As the first point of contact, you will provide telephone support in an efficient, professional and customer-oriented manner.
• You will process incoming requests, comments and issues via post, e-mail and telephone and find the most appropriate solution as quickly and correctly as possible.
• You will process and manage customer data to maintain up-to-date customer files.
• You will perform various administrative tasks to related to customer requests.
• You will enhance your customer service expertise and technical skills to develop within the organization.
