VIB in Gent is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to strengthen its prevention approach. This role involves advising management on wellbeing and safety while developing internal services and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent level of thinking, preferably in life sciences or engineering.
• Extensive relevant experience in prevention and wellbeing in complex organizations.
• Strong experience with risk assessment approaches and prevention methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Advise management on wellbeing domains in line with Belgian legislation.
• Lead and develop the internal prevention service.
• Monitor incidents, risks, and prevention data.
