Bekaert, a global leader in steel wire transformation and coatings, seeks a Health & Safety Manager to translate requirements into clear internal rules, promote a strong safety culture, and support daily operations across sites.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, lead incident investigations, manage risk assessments, maintain emergency plans, and drive continuous improvement of Health & Safety systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety or related field.
• 3–5 years of SHE management experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Knowledge of regulations, ISO standards and best practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Provide advice on prevention, well-being and safety policy in line with legal requirements.
• Manage Health & Safety risk assessments across sites.
• Organise internal and external Health & Safety audits.
• Investigate incidents and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Develop and maintain emergency plans and safety procedures.
• Report Health & Safety performance metrics to management.
• Support continuous improvement of Health & Safety systems.
• Coordinate CPBW activities and meeting secretariat.
