Job summary

Skechers seeks an Operations Manager for its Herstal site to lead an automated, fast-growing operation. You will report to the Director of Operations, supervising multiple departments and driving performance in a high-output environment.

You will manage ~150 people, foster safety culture, and develop strategic plans with cross-functional teams. This role requires proactive leadership in a global, dynamic workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large operational teams (≈150 people).
• Proven track record in automated environments.
• Ability to develop and monitor KPIs and budgets.
• Strong communication with teams and social partners.
• Ability to implement continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations to meet goals within budget and safety standards in an automated setting.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Develop strategic plans for short and long term for departments.
• Define and monitor KPIs, manage costs to achieve targets.
• Lead, coach, evaluate, and develop teams (~150 people) with leads; centralize communication.
• Optimize automated processes with continuous improvement mindset.
