Azumuta is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the shift to an AI-native marketing operating system in a B2B SaaS environment. You will own the entire marketing organization, build a high-performing team, and drive strategy, demand generation, and brand strength.

You will redesign our marketing operating model by embedding AI into every stage of planning, production and optimization, while guiding a culture of ownership and curiosity.

We're hiring a Head of Marketing. But not the kind who manages campaigns.

Most companies bolt AI onto their existing marketing workflows.

At Azumuta, we're rebuilding marketing from first principles, where AI isn't a tool bolted on top, but the operating system behind strategy, execution and growth.

We're looking for someone who wants to lead that shift.

Manufacturing is entering its biggest transformation in decades. Since 2016, Azumuta has helped leading manufacturers across Europe and North America digitize their operations, from work instructions to quality management and traceability.

Now we're going further: AI-generated work instructions, real-time AI agents on the floor, autonomous quality documentation. We're not digitizing old processes. We're redesigning manufacturing execution from the ground up.

The mission

You'll own the entire marketing organization:

You won't inherit a playbook. You'll build the one others follow.

Lead— Build, coach and inspire a marketing team. Create a culture of ownership and curiosity. Champion an AI-first mindset, not to replace people, but to free them up for creativity and strategy.

You're a great fit if you:

• Are as comfortable in the boardroom as coaching a demand gen specialist one-on-one
