ABN AMRO Belgium zoekt Head of Entrepreneur & Enterprise (E&E) om het gebied Business Banking te leiden. U bouwt en realiseert groeistrategieën, motiveert een team relatiebeheerders en bankprofessionals, en ontwikkelt talent binnen de E&E-divisie in Antwerpen, met ondersteuning van het bredere ABN AMRO-netwerk.

Uw rol combineert kredietkennis, strategisch inzicht en mensenontwikkeling, met focus op groei, klanttevredenheid en operationele efficiëntie in België.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in business banking with strong client relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of SME and Corporate Banking products including lending and other debt products; familiarity with capital markets and advisory services.
• Proven leadership experience, managing teams and driving performance.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

• Business development: develop & execute strategies to grow the E&E portfolio, identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships in Belgium.
• Team leadership: lead, mentor, and inspire a team of relationship managers and banking professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Recruitment & Talent development: building up and functionally manage a team of up to 5 professional E&E Bankers, which has his functional hub based in Antwerp, but who can rely on the branch network of ABN AMRO in Belgium to work from as well.
• Strategic planning: drive the overall business banking strategy, ensuring alignment with the bank’s growth objectives and identifying structural improvements in diverse processes.
• Client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering tailored financial solutions to support their business needs.
• Credit expertise & support: maintain a strong understanding of credit products, risk assessment, and credit structuring; act as a trusted sparring partner for the team.
• Cross-collaboration: you are the connection point between Private Banking & Corporate banking.
