ABN AMRO Bank Belgium zoekt Head of Entrepreneur & Enterprise (E&E) om de divisie te leiden en uit te bouwen. U ontwikkelt strategieën, bouwt relaties met Belgische ondernemers en stuurt een team van relatiebankiers aan.

U combineert kredietportefeuilles met bedrijfsbankdiensten en zorgt voor operationele uitbouw binnen een internationale bank. De kandidaat beschikt over een Master in Business/Finance, minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in business banking en een sterk netwerk in SME/Corporate Banking.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree vereist in Business, Finance of gerelateerd veld.
• Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in business banking met sterke BD en client relaties.
• Sterke kennis van SME- en Corporate Banking-producten.
• Bewezen leiderschapservaring in teamleiding.
• Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

Responsabilités

• Business development: ontwikkel en voer strategieën uit om de E&E-portefeuille te laten groeien en bouw sterke klantrelaties in België.
• Teamleiderschap: leid, coach en motiveer een team van relatiebankiers om targets te halen.
• Werving & talentontwikkeling: bouw en beheer een team van tot 5 E&E-bankiers.
• Strategische planning: vorm de bedrijfsbankstrategie en verbeter processen waar nodig.
• Relatiebeheer: onderhoud sterke contacten met sleutelklanten en bied op maat gemaakte financiële oplossingen.
• Kredietexpertise & -ondersteuning: behoud begrip van kredietproducten, risicoanalyse en kredietstructurering.
• Cross-samenwerking: relatiepunt tussen Private Banking & Corporate Banking.

ABN AMRO Bank Belgium is pooling its experience and expertise to reposition and expand the Entrepreneur & Enterprise (E&E) business. As Head of E&E you are a true business developer with managerial skills to lead this division. E&E is a cross-business concept, focusing on providing operational credit solutions to entrepreneurs and their businesses with a turnover between EUR 10 and 100 million. This role is designed for a banking professional who is passionate about supporting business growth.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Business development: develop & execute strategies to grow the E&E portfolio, identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships in Belgium.
• Team leadership: lead, mentor, and inspire a team of relationship managers and banking professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Recruitment & Talent development: Building up and functionally manage a team of up to 5 professional E&E Bankers, which has his functional hub based in Antwerp, but who can rely on the branch network of ABN AMRO in Belgium to work from as well.
• Strategic planning: drive the overall business banking strategy, ensuring alignment with the bank’s growth objectives. You are also responsible for identifying and implementing structural improvements in diverse processes within your field.
• Client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering tailored financial solutions to support their business needs.
• Credit expertise & support: maintain a strong understanding of credit products, risk assessment, and credit structuring. Act as a trusted sparring partner for the team, providing guidance on complex credit cases and supporting relationship managers in developing appropriate financing solutions and credit structures for clients.
• Cross-collaboration: you are the connection point between Private Banking & Corporate banking.

Jij

• have a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• have at least 10 years of experience in business banking, with a strong background in business development and client relationship management.
• Have a strong understanding of SME and Corporate Banking products such as lending and other debt products. You have a good understanding of capital markets and advisory services.
• a proven leadership experience, managing teams and driving performance is an asset.
• are fluent in Dutch, French and English. We have clients in Brussels, Wallonia, Flanders,…
• have strong interpersonal and commercial skills to build trust with clients and stakeholders to contribute to growth
