About the Team

As a member of our diverse and skilled Presales team, you will have the opportunity to learn new and demonstrate existing skills while being challenged daily. On a typical day, your tasks will include connecting the business needs of prospective clients with Workday solutions by crafting high-quality, contextual content and delivering creative and engaging presentations that will help our customers transform and streamline their business to reach the strategic goals and tackle business challenges.

About the Role

As a Workday Financials Solution Consultant, you will use your in-depth product knowledge to provide ERP expertise to the sales team and the customers.

Presales are involved throughout the sales cycle, from initial qualification discovery through tailored product demonstrations, deep dives, and including executive level presentations. You will act as a trusted adviser to prospects and customers and provide consultation on product capability and value selling.

About You

Extensive Financial domain expertise. Knowledge of core accounting (GL, AR, AP, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management) with possible experience in Procurement, Projects, Financial Reporting, Revenue Management, Expenses, and Tax. An understanding of current operations and business needs in finance.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate to C-Level audiences. Ability to work on multiple projects individually as well as being part of different teams. Team oriented with excellent interpersonal/communication skills. A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow. Experience of value-based selling would be beneficial. Experience presenting Administrative computing solutions in front of both technical and business audiences would be beneficial. Degree in Accounting or related field or equivalent work experience.
