LEGO Group in Belgium is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to greet guests at LEGO® stores, perform cash register duties, and provide a professional, friendly experience at all times.

You will maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store by following LEGO Brand Retail standards, assist in stockroom receiving, engage customers with promotions and loyalty programs, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive workplace under the hybrid policy (average 3 days in the office).

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and handle all cash register duties professionally
• Maintain clean, safe store and displays per brand standards
• Assist in stockroom receiving and inventory control
• Resolve customer issues and report to manager
• Engage customers
• Use promotional materials and loyalty programs
• Perform store operations tasks as needed
