iO is seeking a Medior Digital Project Manager to lead digital and IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across sectors in a fast-paced environment.

You will work at the heart of delivery teams, ensuring clear communication with clients and colleagues. The role emphasizes Dutch/French fluency and ongoing professional growth, with strong training support and opportunities at the iO Campus in Brussels (Diegem).

Qualifikationen

• End-to-End Project Ownership: you lead multiple digital transformation and IT projects from scoping to delivery and handover.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams: you align developers, designers, strategists and QA to priorities.
• Stakeholder Management: you are the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders across sectors.
• Facilitating project governance: planning sessions, status updates, risk management, steering committee meetings.
• Applying the right methodology for each project: Agile, Waterfall or hybrid.
• Identifying risks early and escalating when needed to keep projects on track and budget.

Aufgaben

• Act as primary contact for internal/ external stakeholders (clients, partners, vendors).
• Facilitate governance activities: planning sessions, status updates, risk reviews, steering committees.

• Identify and escalate risks to keep projects on track and on budget.
