Companion.energy is hiring a Growth Engineer to build and run our commercial automation engine. You’ll own the full funnel, blending code, AI tooling, and automation to drive pipeline at scale.

You will bridge software with the energy domain, validating ideas with data and iterating quickly in a small, autonomous team.

Qualifications

• Technical background: code, APIs and end-to-end automations.
• Hands-on with AI tools and LLM workflows: prompt, chain, integrate.
• Proficient with growth stacks: Apollo, Lemlist, n8n, HubSpot or similar.
• Analytical mindset: instrument, measure and iterate quickly.
• Fluent in English.
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and builds from scratch.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for fast-moving environments.

We help large enterprises cut energy costs and valorize flexibility by steering their energy use in sync with market prices and renewable generation.

• Hands-on with AI tools and LLM workflows: you know how to prompt, chain, and integrate models into real processes.
• Proficient with growth stacks: Apollo, Lemlist, n8n, HubSpot, or similar.
• Analytical mindset: you instrument what you build, measure what works, and iterate fast.
• Fluent in English.
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and likes building from scratch.
• Entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive in fast-moving environments where you shape your own success.
