Job summary

TVH in Waregem, Belgium, seeks a Principal Architect Growth to define and lead the architectural vision for the Product Growth domain, overseeing Ecommerce, CMS and Customer Integrations. You will ensure long-term technical sustainability and alignment with business growth, owning blueprints and roadmaps across platforms.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects, POs and Tech Leads to drive migration toward future architecture, establish governance, and enable scalable, omnichannel customer

Responsibilities

• Own the blueprints and "North Star" strategy for the Ecommerce, CMS & Customer Integrations domains
• Ensure reusable, scalable platforms and manage technical debt across ECOM products
• Evaluate existing architecture and suggest future architecture with Solution Architects, POs and Tech leads
• Omnichannel Middle Layer: evaluate setup to ensure data and services flow across all customer touchpoints
• Lead the architectural roadmap to enable product vision and growth initiatives
• Design migration paths balancing new features on existing platforms and evolution to new architecture
• Lead feasibility studies for high-impact initiatives within the ECOM products
• Connect with product teams and centers of excellence to arrive at uniform architectural decisions
• Formulate and defend architectural exceptions to governance boards when needed
• Translate industry shifts into strategic opportunities and validate innovations with PoCs
• Oversee implementation of new platforms and technologies and support SRE best practices
