Arbalett is seeking a Group Treasury Manager – Europe to structure and steer treasury operations across the continent, reporting to the Global Treasurer. The role focuses on liquidity, financing, banking relationships and risk management, with an emphasis on governance and strategic treasury projects.

The successful candidate will lead a regional team, manage ERP/treasury digitalization initiatives, and work in a fast-growing European group based in Europe.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• 8+ years of treasury/finance experience in a European context.
• Proven expertise in financing, banking relationships and financial risk management.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills; ability to work autonomously at a senior level.
• Experience with SAP or a Treasury Management System (TMS) in an international industrial environment.
• Fluent English and Dutch; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

Become the financial pilot of a fast-growing European group - up to €8,000/month

Our client, an international group in expansion, based in Ieper, is looking for a Group Treasury Manager – Europe to structure and steer its treasury operations across the continent.

Your mission :

Reporting directly to the Global Treasurer and working closely with the Finance teams, you take ownership of the group's treasury at European level: liquidity, financing, banking relationships, risk management.

• You anticipate liquidity needs and drive cash-flow forecasting.
• You build and maintain relationships with banks, lenders and credit insurers; you oversee bank accounts, credit lines and guarantees.
• You optimize working capital, collections and financing structures.
• You manage FX, interest rate and energy risk.
• You strengthen governance, internal controls and compliance across the treasury function.
• You lead or contribute to strategic projects: financing, ERP, treasury digitalization.
• You manage and develop a regional treasury team.

What we're looking for :

• A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance or commercial banking, in a European context.
• Proven expertise in financing, banking relationships and financial risk management.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously at a senior level.
• SAP or a TMS, as well as experience in an international industrial environment, are real assets.
• Fluent English and Dutch; French is a plus.
