Accent Jobs for People NV is seeking a foreman earthworks to actively participate in and lead the on-site team. You will supervise sewer works, lay pipes, connect manholes and ensure a neat finish while aligning with site management.

We seek motivated individuals with hands-on experience in sewer works or road construction, capable of reading plans, driving efficiency, and maintaining safety and quality on site. This role involves outdoor work and daily leadership responsibilities.

• Ability to read and apply plans.
• Strong emphasis on order, safety and quality.

As a foreman groundworker, you actively participate and manage your team on the site.Your tasks include, among other things:carry out sewer works together with your teamlay and connect pipesplace manhole covers and ensure a neat finishlead your team and divide the tasksoversee order, safety and qualitywork together with the site management

You can expect this:depending on your experience, your salary is between 21,078 and 24,597 euros per houryou receive €7 in meal vouchers per day workedyou follow training courses that help you grow in your jobas team leader, there is the possibility to drive a van for commuting

3 weeks of collective vacation during the summer months (construction leave)2 weeks of collective closure between Christmas and New Year
