As a groundworker, you carry out groundworks daily on the site.You work with small and large excavators and/or hand tools to carry out the planned groundworks.You read plans and carry out the work according to the agreed instructions.You ensure a clean, accurate and safe execution of the work.

You earn more here than what is normally paid in the horticultural sector. To be discussed

Every morning everyone is present a quarter of an hour earlier, coffee is drunk together with everyone to start the day well.A teambuilding is organized monthly, think of a spaghetti evening, winter bar etc...

For the position of groundworker, we are looking for someone who already has some initial experience or is clearly motivated to learn the trade.You already have some initial experience as a groundworker.If you do not yet have any experience, a strong work attitude and eagerness to learn are decisive.
