Job summary

Netcompany Belgium is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. You will craft compelling digital assets for web and social media, including banners, icons, infographics, and motion graphics, while ensuring strong visual identity across projects.

Qualifications

A relevant Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of experience.
Proven graphic design experience with industry trends and creative solutions.
Strong practice with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and related tools.
Experience creating infographics with online tools (e.g., Canva).
Creative and innovative design skills; user-centred design familiarity.
Photo editing experience and proficiency with editing software.
Fluent English (C1+).

Responsibilities

Develop compelling digital assets for web and social media (banners, illustrations, icons, infographics, motion graphics).
Conceptualise and deliver web-adapted infographics with data visualization.
Edit photos to enhance visual quality for websites and posts.
Advise on visual communication strategies as needed.
Develop visual identity materials and templates for projects.
Maintain graphics standards; create original graphics and concepts.
Provide guidance to deliver accessible and engaging materials.
