BD is seeking a Global Warehousing Excellence Leader to drive operating performance and continuous improvement across all sites, whether insourced or outsourced. Reporting to the Global Warehousing Director, you will implement BD Excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and standardised processes to boost productivity and visibility.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field, 5+ years in global supply chain, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain, including global role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Travel up to 50% globally.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a global warehousing operating model focused on standardisation, agility, and scalability.
• Lead KPI-driven performance monitoring and dashboards across DCs.
• Develop loss-tracking systems and drive root-cause analyses to reduce losses.
• Identify and implement process improvements including robotics and automation.
• Resolve issues and coordinate with upstream/downstream teams using BD Excellence practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive end-to-end supply chain performance and establish a center of excellence.
