EU Institute for Security Studies (EUISS) seeks a Communications Coordinator for the SCOPE project in Brussels. You will lead and support communication activities across GTp, coordinating with the core team, the European Commission and partner organisations to enhance visibility and impact.

Key responsibilities include developing content, managing channels, and delivering multimedia materials for flagship events and campaigns, while ensuring compliance with visibility guidelines.

Qualifications

• University degree in Communications, Journalism, International Relations, or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in online/offline communication and website management.
• Experience with EU-funded projects and knowledge of related communication requirements; EU policy knowledge is a plus.
• Proven experience in implementing communication campaigns; press, video, design and events are assets.
• Strong digital and social media communication skills; ability to tailor messages for audiences.
• Excellent storytelling and content writing; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate GTp/communication strategy and monitor impact across channels.
• Support SCOPE and GTp comms via website, social media and other channels.
• Manage GTp website and social media content, updates and metrics.
• Develop multimedia content such as visuals and videos to boost engagement.
• Enhance GTp visibility by linking with stakeholders and partners.
• Oversee production of brochures, factsheets, reports, press releases and visuals.
