Job summary

EY is seeking a Consultant for its Global Compliance & Reporting team in Belgium. You’ll support day-to-day activities, work across sectors, and help with Belgian tax compliance, reporting, and related advisory tasks.

You will collaborate with a worldwide network of professionals, stay abreast of tax law changes, and contribute to client proposals and meetings as you develop your career within EY’s diverse service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in accounting, tax or finance or economics/law with a supplementary tax focus.
• Client and market focus with strong communication skills required.
• Interest in AI trends and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Available to start in September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with client financial reporting processes affecting tax position.
• Ensure Belgian tax compliance and assist during audits, Pillar II integration.
• Identify and implement improvements in tax compliance processes.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with the team on client portfolios.
• Stay up-to-date with Belgian tax changes and digital transformations.
• Assist with client proposals, presentations, and meetings.
• Build broader knowledge across client portfolios and the global network.
