UCB is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and influential Qualification & Cleaning Validation Corporate Process Owner to join the Belgium Support Services & Braine Campus, based at our campus in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.

The role will govern global Qualification and Cleaning Validation processes, drive harmonization across sites, and maintain ongoing inspection readiness within UCB's Internal Manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a scientific, engineering, or pharmaceutical field.
• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Qualification and Cleaning Validation.
• Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, CFR 21, EudraLex, and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems, deviations, CAPAs, and change control processes.
• Proven project management, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership capabilities.
• Fluent communication skills in both French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own and govern global Qualification and Cleaning Validation processes within the Quality Management System.
• Develop and maintain global standards, procedures, and training materials.
• Monitor process performance through KPIs, risks, deviations, CAPAs, and inspection outcomes.
• Lead strategic projects and change initiatives supporting process improvement and harmonization.
• Build strong stakeholder partnerships and facilitate global governance and decision-making forums.
• Ensure GMP compliance and maintain continuous inspection readiness across manufacturing sites.
