Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance and PV systems.
• Strong track record leading cross-functional PV projects.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Safety implementations.
• Knowledge of GxP, regulatory requirements, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional PV transformation projects and ensure delivery of objectives.
• Drive process improvement and system performance in PV operations.
• Define scope, timelines, KPIs, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology, Veeva, and external vendors.
• Bridge business and technical stakeholders and manage change.
