Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Procurement Leader for the SDS-MOPS organization within MedTech. You will translate commercial priorities into procurement-led value creation, lead category strategies, and drive supplier relationships across global markets.

Beerse, Belgium and other locations are involved, with cross-country collaboration and a focus on transformation, savings, and innovation in procurement practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive procurement, category management, or commercial leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading regional or global category strategies.
• Experience influencing senior executive stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
• Experience leading transformation, change management and organizational improvement initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Act as senior procurement partner to MedTech commercial leadership teams and translate priorities into procurement strategies.
• Lead SDS-MOPS category strategies and drive governance, demand management and supplier performance.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and conduct high-value negotiations for executive approval.
• Deliver measurable procurement value through strategic sourcing and productivity improvements.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across global, regional, and local procurement teams.
• Embed digital capabilities, analytics, automation, and AI into procurement solutions.
• Drive organizational change and build capability through coaching and knowledge sharing.
