Qualifications

• Experience in GMP-regulated environments and pharmaceutical project management.
• Proven experience in secondary and tertiary packaging development, including transport packaging.
• Expertise in graphic design and visual identity creation for pharmaceutical products.
• Knowledge of regulatory labeling requirements and artwork management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with problem-solving and innovation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Certification in project management is a plus.
• Understanding of cost of goods (COG) and investment decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Develop and validate secondary and tertiary packaging solutions from concept to commercialization.
• Lead graphic design and visual identity projects for packaging, including artwork creation and modification.
• Establish and maintain processes, SOPs, and training materials to ensure smooth packaging launches.
• Identify and evaluate packaging features that enhance patient and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs and processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement packaging standards and guidelines.
• Provide technical expertise and governance on packaging technologies, trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Support technology transfer projects and manufacturing strategies related to packaging.
• Manage change control processes and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Maintain strong links with device and primary packaging development teams to prepare for new product launches.
