Job summary

VPK Belgium, a leading Paper Division, seeks an experienced Supply Chain leader to oversee end-to-end SCM across multiple paper mills. You will align demand, production, inventory, logistics and customer service to achieve operational excellence and sustainable profitability in an international setting.

The role requires strategic vision with hands-on execution, strong data-driven decision making, and the ability to lead a diverse, international team across sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in supply chain within manufacturing.
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing or multi-site SCM environments.
• Strong background in S&OP, planning, inventory, logistics, forecasting, and optimization.
• Experience with integrations or transformations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Supply Chain strategy for the Paper Division.
• Lead S&OP process ensuring alignment across demand, supply, inventory and capacity.
• Drive demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, forecasting and replenishment.
• Optimize production planning and asset utilization across multiple mills.
• Manage logistics and transportation to deliver service at lowest total cost.
• Lead continuous improvement and KPI programs across the supply chain.
